I got to the property after work at about 930. The parking lot was filled with people who seemed to be partying. The noise in the room from people in the hall was very loud. I was woken up several times throughout the evening by people talking loudly. My room was not very clean. The toilet was dirty when I got there. The refrigerator made a very loud knocking noise when it ran. It woke me up in the middle of the night and I thought someone was at my door.

Not well taken care of at all. I wouldn’t recommend

Location was not clean nor was there enough staff at the front desk to accommodate the customers. Poor customer service quality was your biggest problem. Also the facility was filthy outside as well as inside. You need to update the facility or bring any cleaning stuff that can do a better job.

Very dirty and not nice. It was actually quite gross.

Im still waiting for my refund. Not bed sheets or towels ar 7pm at night.

I would never stay here again. It was dirty and loud. They were under staffed and I was patient because of that reason only. I couldn't check in until 8pm and even then the front desk clerk had to make my bed with clean linen. My room was never cleaned. I had no wash clothes or bath mat. No shampoo or soap.. Except the bar left in the shower from the last guest. No coffee or plastic cups even. My room smelled like cigeretts so bad. I am not a smoker so it felt like I was staying in an ashtray. Terrible. The entire building smelled like cigarettes. Rooms were not clean. Generally run down facility.

Dirty disorganized. Gross. Checked in- dragged all my bags upstairs. Key didn’t work. It was Late and the other rooms were very loud. So much so that being in the hall you could hear all their convos. Since I had to go back downstairs anyway because my key didn’t work I requested another room that was in a quiet part of the hotel. The new room that I got I walked into in the bed wasn’t made. No problem. Call the front desk and told them and they came with new bedding. That was no big deal. I am so sorry about your horrible experience. I did receive the complaint about the loud guest. That issue was taken care of (small in comparison) It sounds like the room you were put into was never cleaned but mistakenly marked clean it is the only way this could have happened. I will look into who or how this happened. I am truly sorry for your stay experience this is not normal for my staff.

I didn't like that my room was without a shower curtain, no wash clothes, no coffee maker & no silverware/cups/plates. But the customer service was welcoming and great.
