Bad experience.The staff at the front desk were good,But the room was in a bad condition.The Bed has stains all over

Worst experience ever The lady was gone from the desk for an hour and took and hour to check us in and then gave us room keys to a dirty room that’s was also still occupied.

nope was not informed of payment options, brought cash. bugs, toilet seat loose, shower curtain rod loose, no fox on tv.

We didn't like this property at all. It's more like an apartment building then a hotel. It stunk of weed as soon as you work in. Not a place for kids. We recieved an email that they were overbooked and we needed to be relocated. Thank god for that.

Cleaning lady needs fired The room was dirty. The floor was sticky. When I pulled the blankets back the sheets had hair in them. I called down and they gave my clean sheets. The mattress pad had hair and crumbs all over it. If I didn’t just take a shower I would have left. They gave me 20% off. Never again. It was gross.

Less than expected The room was clean. There was only one roll of toilet paper. The bed was not comfortable. The front desk was polite. The other employees we saw were not friendly. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins, granola bars and coffee. We only had three pillows. The air conditioner did get the room very cold. That was the most positive thing I have to say.
