Reserved a king size bed got a queen wasn’t told why
Would Not Recconmend! This place has an awful odor and was very uncomfortable! Room was a nice size but it was dim and smelly.

Red Rover Red Rover-Send Clean Towels Over What started out with a FREE upgraded room turned into something gross. The first night was rough with the anemic bedding that meant we needed the heater all night. The beds were itchy on my legs. We started our showers morning one and the shower water was seriously hot. Dirty Hotel with BED BUGS!!! Distance extended stay America is really dirty. They do not provide cups plates or silverware in the room already you have to get it from the front desk and when I asked for some everything he gave me was dirty and when I told him it was dirty he took it back and brought out more stuff that was dirty. The thermostat in the room did not work. Very little heat was sustained. Looking into the vent, it was full of something, crackers or large flakes of paint? The bathroom sink ran only cold water. Under that vanity was a shelf that looked gross. The bed was comfortable but you could hear coughing, snoring and talking from next door.
