the room wasn't clean bathroom tub had a ring,frig dirty under cabinet dirty.

Stter luck next time. First off the front-desk service was terrible. Took almost 45 minutes to get me checked in. Then when i get to my room 1) the tv/remote dosent work. And after i call the front desk several times juat to get someone to answer, i get rushed off the phone and no one comes to fix it. 2) i only had towels for 1 person ( its me and my wife) so i had to go down and get another set after hastling with the front desk again. Keep looking My wife and I travel a lot with our dog, so our hotel choices are a little limited. This place was a reasonably priced option for us. Next time we will pick another hotel. The staff was nice, and the room was okay. But there are homeless living in cars in the lot, and the hotel seems to be full of laud permanent guests living there. There was trash in the hall and cigarette and pot smoke throughout. With all the sketchy folks outside at night, we weren’t very comfortable taking the dog out at night. I have seen ... read more

Many homeless staying in the parking lot around the building. It looked like they may "share" time in the motel rooms with others. The odor was awful when entering the lobby which continued in the elevator and into our room. It smelled of fish and smoke along with other unknown odors that were very objectionable. We were luckily able to open a window in our room for fresh air. The sink drain was rusted with no type of stopper or basket and occasionally the water would bubble up! the new general manager is horrible and the guy from corporate is a complete tool. they yelled at me and my friend and then kicked me out after an incident happened the night before and then they dnr me this is after i have been residing there for over a year... if you want clean and to be treated with respect the extended stay is not the place
