Dont sneeze wrong or complaints. There are no cups in the room, you have to ask for them. The kitchenette has no dishes, you have to ask. The hair drier is a shared hair drier and located at the front desk. The floors are so thin that walking normally makes the people below or on top of you feel like elephants are dancing. The “breakfast” was generic oatmeal and granola bars. Old, worn down. here is a lot of mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms. Believe the Reviews before you book! I wish I had done more research on this hotel. The room was run down. There were weird stains in the room like on the chair. The table had what looked like purple spray paint. The mirror has weird white stains on the frame. The bathroom light was dim. We booked pretty close to the wire before Christmas so we knew that we’d be paying higher prices but I’m shocked that I paid so much for such an icky place. Worst hotel in many months. Place is awful, dirty, advertised as with an in room coffee maker, didn't have one, no cups, water glasses. Won't book here again.

The staff we encountered was friendly. That aside, the rest of the experience was disappointing. We booked a non-smoking room; no one in our family smokes and we were traveling with children. When we stepped off the elevator to the 3rd floor, it was like walking into an ashtray; the whole floor smelled of smoke. As we were meeting family, we quickly dropped our bags and left. DO NOT STAY HERE! NIGHTMARE! I booked this place for 2 nights around Thanksgiving day because it was less than 2 miles from my sister’s house. I had driven all day from Los Angeles so we got in at about 7:30pm, dropped our bags in the room and quickly went over to visit with family. We returned at about 11:30pm to a room that wreaked of marijuana and cigarettes. Within 10 minutes my fiancé and I were getting headaches because it was so strong. Don’t waste your money Terrible bed/mattress. Very little water pressure for a decent shower. Cheap shampoo and soap that cause skin irritation and dryness. Very uncomfortable. We will never return.

Didn’t like anything about this place and I will never go back to it , nor will I recommend this place to Anyone hey only had 3 pillows, no ice machine, no cups or glasses for the room, no pool, and now breakfast, not even a continental one, if I would have known before my arrival there, I would have NEVER booked my Room with them

AWFUL customer service- our shower clogged she offered Drain-o no room change (Shower was used once)- bathroom smelled like pot- chairs in the room weren’t wiped down. Just over a terrible experience
