I have the option have a smoke-free room. But is no smoke free rooms. Pillows smell like cigarettes I don't smoke indoors why would I want a room that has indoor smoking

Run down -- no amenities like hair dryer and they did not make up room

No customer service at all. Terrible GM The gentleman who checked me in was great. Showed me up to my room. And I checked in late due to travel. Inside the room I found a pair of men’s socks under a desk so that let me know they probably don’t clean effectively. Housekeeping did not come in to change sheets or towels once during my stay. The grab and go breakfast is just granola bars and oatmeal. Sub par. It was not a pleasant experience. No amenities unless you count the coffee in the lobby which non guests felt free to walk in and enjoy. Poorly staff reception. There was one guy at night that other than performing his basic checking in duty had absolutely no pleasant personality. The room and property was worn down and needed new furniture. Elevator smelled of cigarette smoke and bad air freshener. No coffee in the room and other than a small soap no other amenities. Awful.

Not a good experience This stay was booked through Hotels.com. No record of the booking when I checked in. The receptionist would not let me use the hotel internet to show my confirmation of booking. I had to turn my Mexican cell phone into a hot spot to show my confirmed reservation on my laptop. Then I had to call the Hotels.com from my Mexican cell phone on the 800 number that cost me further. This place needs a complete remodel. Everything is pretty beat up. My room smelled like someone had been smoking pot in it for week. Brutal. For a $170 a night, I expect a lot more.
