i cancelled the reservation but the next day i was still charged by the hotel..

Not happy at all room did not feel comfortable bathroom wasn’t that clean shower head come out when I turned the water on it just wasn’t a comfortable stay check in at 3pm took a shower and left at 6-6:30 to stay at Hilton in concord

This property from the outside looks like a newly constructed building, but when you walk in, it's clearly a previously standing structure that they just fixed up from the outside. The inside had narrow hall ways, dark lighting, dark carpets through out the hall. The doors, paint, windows, and bathrooms were from a prior era. The elevator smelled of cigarettes, and our room smelled of a room that has been around for 40 years. There was no hot water this morning when I went to take a shower. I ran the water for at least 15 minutes without success. When I called the front desk about the problem no one picked up. When I went to check out the person at the front desk barely spoke English. This is a terrible place and I'll never stay there again. Travelocity should remove them from your site as they are giving you a bad name.

My stay was horrible. I had a smoking room that was old and dirty. The dumbest rule they had is that if I stay less than 7 days Housekeeping doesn’t clean the room. I was forced to get towels from the front desk for 4 days. I will never stay at the location in Pleasant Hill again.
