Not clean at all. You could hear fighting outside in the middle of the night. Walls are super thin meaning you can hear everything from the rooms next to you literally everything. Smells like cigarettes and weed all through the hotel.

OK for an inexpensive stay. We stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned or made up. They provide a kitchen area but we had to ask for cups, bowls, etc. We also had to ask for a hair dryer. The hall way was never vacuumed as the same trash was on the hallway floors every day. Their "breakfast" was coffee, packaged cereal and granola bars with no sitting area. Paid for a smoking room and didn't get that room also the kitchen stove smoked up the whole room for 15-20mins

Poor excuse for a hotel! To start, I walked up to the lobby, where there were 3 guys and a huge German Shepard (off leash), and as soon as I approached the doors the dog lunged at me barking...nice! The building was under construction which I was never told about. The work went late and started again early, wat earlier than I planned on waking up! I went to the lobby for my free ‘breakfast’, to find 2 empty coffee pots, 2-3 granola bars, and some packets of oatmeal, but no bowls or spoons-what a joke! I’ll be requesting a re... read more

Not Worth the Money You'll Save I have stayed in Extended Stay America properties before, and they were fine. This one is a dump. The worst things: As I was getting ready for bed, I noticed that there was not a single drinking glass or cup in the room. In fact, even thought this room had a kitchen, there was not a single eating or cooking implement in the room. I called the desk and was told I had to come to the desk if I wanted a glass. It wasn’t what I expected... It wasn’t what I expected for an Extended Hotel. Service at the counter was poor, hotel looked like it hadn’t been serviced. Elevator was not in the best condition. Poor experience for me being in town for Business.

Needs a lot of work done Checking into our room one bed sheet was stained and pillow case dirty bathtub dirty. Grab and go breakfast was horrible . Stayed for 2 nights and house keeping did not bother to come in and clean it. Or give new fresh towels. Restroom roof had mold and loud light for the bathroom frame was just in the bathroom wasn’t even placed back into the light. Room keys wouldn’t work every time I’d try to get back into our rooms. One night stand No glasses in bathroom, no glasses any where. Bathroom tub faucet control area stained , door chipped with a piece hanging on. Beds where very uncomfortable with lumps in one. Coffee was okay, no muffins (on back order) no spoons with witch to eat the granola and no bowls just coffee cups for the breakfast. We will not be back.

A Disappointing Stay at Extended Stay The hotel is going through some construction so there is clutter through out . The female staff member, Morgan is rude and condescending. The breakfast is laughable - a granola bar! Our room was dirty with dried food in the microwave, ripped sheets and trash!
