Good location Location is very good. Very close to freeways and Bart. Lobby is not appealing. Smell of old cigarettes was annoying. Walls are paper thin Very nice desk clerk.

Horrible AC didn't work, they wouldn't change my room, non smoking room was missing window screen and had cigarette on the windowsill, bad smell, loud neighbors, smoke detector missing. staff was horrible, they only clean their roomed once a week. Free wifi very slow and paid wifi expensive. never stay here!

Hotel super dirty! Super dirty! Staff rude! Unacceptable rudeness from the hotel staff! My socks were black after 2 minutes walking in room! Reception dirty and mesdy, allowing to see the laundry and pieces of paper on floor. Elevator on horrible cigarette smells! Do not stay at this hotel!

Safety questionable Found a homeless person sleeping outside my room 1st night. Staff seemed to have dealt with this before. Clearly insufficient security. 2nd night big fight with people banging heavy things against wall. I didn't stay for 3rd night.

I would never stay there again Did not feel comfortable and it had a bad smell. Will never stay there again or recommend

The first room they put us in smelt like mold. The second room , The bedding was old, the walls were thin you can hear everybody in the rooms around us.

Horrible! Dirty, loud, smells terrible This place was disgusting. I changed rooms twice just to end up in a room with hair on the sheets, windows that didn’t lock, and a stench that was almost unbareable. The only reason why I stayed is because hotels were booked solid until for 30 Miles. I never went back on day two of my prepaid reservation nor would they refund me for the horrible stay. Run from this place...

For the price, I expected better accommodations. No hairdryer in the room, when I called down, they said it was at the front desk but I had to pick it up (with wet hair). The entire hotel smelled like smoke and the rooms across from me had people smoking week all night and in the morning. No cream for coffee in the morning. Also, very few places to eat nearby
