NonSmoking rooms too smoky. I reserved and paid for a non-sokingroom for my in-laws for two nights. They are sensitive to smoke. The halls were so smoky that it seeped into the room. They refused to go back for a second night, opting to sleep on my couch instead.

Due to work being done at home, my husband, 5 month old baby, and I needed a place to stay for the week. We selected this location because unlike other hotels in the area it had the kitchenette which with a baby felt necessary. I wish we'd done somewhere with a more recognizable name that just had mini fridge in the room. At least then we'd have been somewhere that didn't have garbage in the hallway and smell of marijuana each time we stepped out of our door.

Disgusting! This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. As soon as I arrived I noticed the dirty carpet with stains which is not too big of a deal but then there was dirt and grass on the carpet which means they never even vacuumed the room. There were stains on the bed sheets, I called the front desk and asked for clean sheets but they never brought them. I was too tired to deal, i slept on bath towels and checked out the next early morning. I’ll never stay here again!

dont Go there Many things broken. Breakfast was a joke. Like living in an apartment with lousy neighbors. No amenities. Motel six would be better.

ESA should not even be running as a hotel-HORRIBLE I arrive at 5pm for just one night so I just stayed...but had to wrap my pillow in a bath towel because of the smell of old smoke . The rate was not super cheap at 160.00 but it appears this may also be a place for street people without access to a shelter based on the neighbors i had in the room next door. NEVER .NEVER. should this even be an offering on Expedia. and for sure the rate should never be over 100.00 even if it is in California

never again Disgustingly dirty, and smelled terrible! The clientele that stayed in the hotel, also made me very nervous! It has the potential to be a nice hotel, but it just is not maintained! Such a nice area, I was shocked at the condition!

Meh.!!! It was ok until around 5 in the evening the room right above us was being re-carpeted. It sounded like a bar fight was going on up above us. Then in the morning at 8 am again. Some warning would have been nice.

My worse hotel experience through Expedia The hotel only looks good from the outside, the lobby carpet is dirty, the 3rd floor smell like wet rag, the elevator makes noise going up and down, the wall of the outside of elevator on the third floor is tagged with Gang graffiti, the bathroom had brownish stains on the ceiling which looked like mold, the Tv remote wasn't working good, the beds are way too small a accommodate 2 people, we had 2 sets of towns for 3 people, the oven fan and light were not working.
