Rooms were dirty and the hotel is very loud

I had reservations for a week for a room with two double beds. When I arrived I was told that the hotel didn’t have any rooms with two beds. I had to sit in the parking lot and search for another place to stay that was local and affordable. The listing for a room with two double beds should be removed and they should have had the courtesy to notify me well before my arrival.

This hotel was very disappointing. The staff weren’t very friendly and the rooms are old and dilapidated. The air conditioner stopped working and we called the front desk for some assistance in the matter and they never came. Also, people are yelling all night in the hallways and my family was awaken during the night by banging on the walls. This is definitely not a hotel my family will be returning to.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are old the air conditioning didn't work in our room the first night the second night we were moved to a different room that had the smallest bed I ever seen for two people, will never stay there again

Tv did not work This is the third time I’ve stayed there all three times the tv/remote did not work and they could not fix. No tv should result in discounted room.

Horrible stay! The lady at the front desk was nice. But the first room we had was so bad we asked to move. The floor was sticky, walls were dirty, mold in the shower, sheets were NOT clean and blood on them. Second room was dirty. Then third rolm was the cleanest out of the three. BUT no shower liner, sheets were still dirty, drawers were off tracks, phone didn’t work- had to call the front desk from my cellphone. We left after one night.
