DONT CHOOSE CUZ ITS CHEAP!!! First room had a used condom that my lil girl wouldve found had I not found it myself so I switched rooms and was put next to a hooker whos pimp would come by her room and force himself in scaring my lady half to death fortunately the lil one didnt wake up so sleep wasnt that great also the room I was put in had a smoke alarm that was tampered with and im pretty sure I was charged for that. Not coming back The bathroom door did not close, at all. There were stains on shower curtain. No coffee pot in room.

Pros: a quiet stay and friendly, helpful staff Cons: whole hotel smells very strongly of smoke despite being on a non smoking floor. The elevator is so think with it that I took the stairs, which also smell like smoke. I got a plug in air freshener for my room and that helped. The table in my room hadn't been cleaned and the shower curtain also appeared to need cleaning. The bathroom door was unable to close, which was ok because I was alone. This was the worse hotel stay I have ever had. This hotel was jokingly called “The Cecil North” because it was so crappy. My door never locked so I had to drag all my tools and laptops with me so that I wouldn’t get robbed. Someone on the third floor was smoking weed. Someone was drinking a couple of beers on the stairwell. Why do you even have a “terrible” option to choose from on this survey. It seems like you all know this hotel is garbage. Place was dirty, halls smell like smoke.

Room was not clean at all. Bathtub was filled with hair and dirt along the walls down to the drain. Hardwood floors were dusty and turned my socks black.Very unfortunate because I’ve been going to this location for years but since covid-19, the cleanliness has been terrible.I wouldn’t advertise my establishment as “safe&clean” especially during these uncertain times if your employees refuse to take the even basic steps of cleaning.
