I arrived in the evening time and got checked into my room. After checking into my room I went to take a shower and to my surprise there was not hot water at the shower but the sinks had hot water. I went down to talk with the front desk. Asked the front desk person if I could be transferred to another room that had a working shower and was told they could not transfer to another room until after engineering could verify it wasn’t working. room was dirty ,smelled like smoke ,windows hard to open latches broken ,homeless all over smoking all over,urine in stairway beer cans in stairway,people in and out all hours making noise at 3 in am waking me then other side of me they had little yappy dogs that woke me up both mornings at 6 am then part of am after got no sleep was stressed ,reported to lobby to no avail ,i came here to see my grand kids after 2 years ,ruined a good part of my visit ,had to spend hours figuring how to get out of hotel without charges ,had ... read more

Not very comfortable stay. I’d try another hotel. Not cleanly. Lady at the front desk was nice but I had to check out. Lots of sketchy characters hanging out front. Buyer beware!

The WORST yet...... If you want to score an 8 ball, this is your place. SUPER noisy with parties, drug deals, prostitutes and loud music every night until 2am. Even "construction" at 4am on the floor right above our bed. This is not a nice place for a family on vacation, but a glamourous YMCA that is one step for the monthly tenants before they become homeless. No hot water in the shower. Hotels.com should NOT represent this property.

Smells horrible 3rd floor has construction and homeless people go in and out.
