Looks can be deceiving This hotel looked nice on the outside but on the inside it was another story. It smelt of smoke, the hallways were dirty, doors had scratches, dings, covered up graffiti, I couldn't get clean towels because they were all in the wash. I will not be staying here again.

there was no one to check, me in but a janitor that spoke no english and could not help ,me thus i didnt not say and expendia too my money I am not happy

Awful The lobby was filthy. The smell of drugs, cigarettes and body odor permeated through my mask. I thought I was time warped into the Tenderloin in SF. The room had a bloody napkin wadded up on the floor amongst dry blood spatter. The carpet had not been vacuumed in lord knows how long and the hardwood floors were covered in crumbs and other unknowns. The window was broken. Did not stay. Asked for full refund.
First, when I first arrived and walked in I could smell cigarette smoke. It was stronger on the floor where my room was located. Even though I had a non-smoking room wafts of smoke smell occasionally penetrated into my room. One of my towels was clearly not washed. When I asked for more towels they were out. Definitely do not recommend this hotel. Terrible experience!

Better Maintenance The knob on the shower was ripped out the wall . When I finally could get the water on, I couldn’t turn it off for hours.

Someone honked all night in the oarking lot and people were smoking weed in a room nearby and everything stunk!

Never Again We went so my fiancé could smoke inside. Big mistake! I will never stay at this hotel again. I extended my stay but ended up checking out early because something bit me. My fiancé says they look like bedbug bites. Then when I informed the employee at the front desk she said “that’s funny.” Not only is that unprofessional but it’s rude and disrespectful.
