The first assigned room the bedding had not been changed. The second room assigned: in mid-evening a party attempted to enter the room using an authorized card key. Fortunately the door was secured with the latch. Very unsettling. Upon calling the front desk the response was less than comforting. I’ll never stay here again.

Never Going Back Again Showed up to check in a little after 7pm only to find the front desk person is on dinner til 8 pm. So I sat in parking lot waiting to get a room that was already paid for. Got to my room to discover the sheets on the bed were dirty with black marks including shoe imprints cause someone walked on the bed. Don’t do it Shocking. Run down. Smelled of urine and smoke. Filthy. I checked in and out in 15 minutes. Front desk gal stephanie is amazing.

Its too expensive for the hotels conditions, smells so bad, entries to take your stuff in so complicated cause you can not open from the outside, the carpet in the hallways too dirty with stains, the shower of my room spills water everywhere .

The staff member was friendly when checking in. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and piss. People left their bikes and trash in the hallway. There were people banging on doors. Doors slamming throughout the night and neighbors yelling at each other until 4am. I felt there was a lot of drug activities happening, including in the morning when me and my 11 year old niece were leaving and two men were banging on someones door.
