Nothing was unique about this place, when we arrived front desk was rude, male worker seemed forced to work , also not as clean looks like floor in my room hadn’t been mopped! As we get back in the room around 10:30 pm next door, the yelling starts , kids crying ,I call front desk to report the noise,they would call minutes went by noise got louder , kids and were crying, here we are trying to mind our business but 11 comes rolling in , 11:45 and again call front desk she couldn’t do anything she said she already called the ... read more

I didn't see much of the property that I did like. What I didn't like was looking at the Hyatt next door and wishing we would have stayed there instead.

This property is waste zero percent recommended. No kitchen utilities, no washroom utilities,shower don’t work, tv,a/c operations don’t work, no drinking water in property, no costumer assistance, front desk never answer the calls, interior of the hotel is horrible, the smell in room is horrible, the bed and the bed sheets are worst. I don’t even have one good thing to share about that property. Over all my experience with this property is horrible and worst. My rating is 0/10.

The staff are friendly and accommodating but when I got there I can feel the carpet was not clean. This is most visible when you look at the bottom of the closet and the bed. There was no lotion/conditioner provided, no bottled water/juice available at the breakfast table. The management is obviously at skimplation. Regardless, broken hair dryer should be replaced and the carpet should be vacuumed each time a customer checked out. They should not wait for the customers to complain.

Bait and Switch--Very Disappointing The website we booked through (Hotels.com) boasted a "full breakfast" for this hotel. This was one of the main factors we considered when booking a hotel as we knew we would not have time to go out to breakfast, a breakfast on site was necessary. When we arrived we saw we would be provided with a "Grab and Go" breakfast which is very different than a "Full Breakfast". Property is OK but in need of some cleaning and updating. Sufficient for a quick stay but nothing great. Check in process was not good and a prior occupant was at desk complaining that his belongings had been taken from his room. I can understand that as they double booked my room. When I came back from dinner there was someone else in my room so I had to be issued another room. Pretty unorganized system and worker was not well trained.

Disgusting Room The room wasn’t clean. There was dried blood splattered on the sheets and wads of hair in between the blankets. I keep trying to request a refund but the website gets stuck

Never stay again Restroom, the toilet was dirty and it stink. Floors hadn’t been cleaned and kitchenette had hair on the countertop
