The room was old looking, the head boards looked like a cat had been clawing on it. The floor was dirty and the bed sheets and towels were dingy. Totally unsatisfied with this visit

Went to check in and hotel says had no reservations. Had to pay for the room twice. Not to happy and will be in contact to get my money back

Don’t go if you want a good nights sleep Pull out bed was horrible, shower head was horrible, no shampoo available, heard loud music alllllll night, the fire alarm went off at 1am

no costumer service at all-cant get into our room after 11pm as they have no staff on site when your room key isnt working

HORRIBLE! This hotel is in dire need of an upgrade! The rooms are very run down. Even while walking down the hall to our room, there were acoustical tiles in the ceiling missing and broke, in the room, closet doors were missing, the shower head is the WORST! Had to use a cup to be able to completed rinse off the soap and shampoo out of my hair. The carpet is dirty and stained, you have to ware socks or the bottoms of your feet get black with dirt. It's very poor and the room was dirty . House keeping is the worst they didn't clean the room until I checked out after 3 days
