I’m sorry but everything about this place was horrible ! Never have I ever had a bad experience like this! Alarms randomly going off, the place had a horrible smell all around! Staff was hardly ever in the front and they were not organized at all! They didn’t even know what rooms were cleaned !not to mention the water coming out of the floor in my sisters room! Just bad all around, I’m sorry I just couldn’t rest all night with the smell, the noises, amongst other things !

I have to start off by saying i usually don’t ever leave bad reviews even if i had a horrible experience but this hotel was so bad i had to. I do have to say though that the staff that was around was so friendly and apologetic that it made up a little for our horrible experience we quickly realized they were understaffed. But the hotel was so dirty like even the lobby looked like it needed a good mop and sweep. Extended stay has gone down quite a lot, especially in cities like Dublin and Pleasanton California where you would t expect. My keycard kept deactivating so I would go all the way up to the third floor with a hand full of stuff just to try and use my keycard and it stopped working. This is an ongoing issue at extended stay. I had to go down to the main lobby three times to get my room key reactivated. Breakfast??? I reserved 2 rooms in the morning and 5pm they called and said they were booked. No more rooms available. What’s the point of making a “reservation”

You get what you pay for There was no one at the reception desk for 30 minutes when I checked in. There’s a lot of families and young children staying there and it’s noisy.

Need more employees.Got there to check in and no one was a the front dest for a hour to check me in. Corporate need to notify immediately

When I arrived staff was arguing smelled like marijuana, I checked in and checked out 1 hour later,Room was dirty and people were outside doing drugs,Worst experience ever my 5 year old was devestated!

Property is not clean and smelly. Carpet has not been cleaned for several years. Amenities do not work. Housekeeping only done once a week. No blankets, shampoo, kitchen amenities- need to call front desk for everything.

Not Happy The hotel had a musty smell, people had dogs in the rooms and the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything.
