There was no bedding for the sofa sleeper, the "fully stocked" kitchen had nothing in it (apparently you have to request the items you want), the reservation was for 5 people and there were only 3 towels and 2 wash clothes, there was one small bar of soap by the bathroom sink (no shampoo, conditioner, etc.), and the placement of the air conditioner freezes you on the couch, but does not reach the beds.

Like location was close to shopping. Facility was old and outdated.

Lady checking us in wasn't ouright rude but clearly just couldn't be bothered. We later asked for some plates and cutlery to be told they didnt have any....i thought these were supposed to be included with the room. There were kids runing in and out of rooms slamming doors until very late at night.

The smell of cigarettes in the hallways was horrible. The continental breakfast was a joke. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. They only clean rooms once a week.

when we arrived we were told a/c in our non smoking room was broke but we could take smoking room. We check out smoking room but it smelled like pot and cigarettes. Unable to get refund so took non smoking room with no a/c. The only thing good was the convince to soccer fields we were playing at

As soon as I walked in i noticed the lobby was dirty and unkept. I checked in thinking well its late maybe they had a lot of traffic and no one has gotten a chance went to my room the halls were dirty the room was just old and dingy dirty.

Scheduled an Extended Stay...AWAY from this hotel! One of the worse hotels I've ever stayed at. I'm not going to waste my time explaining why; basically everything about this place was pathetic - just read other peoples reviews on Yelp, Google, etc. It is unbelievable they can charge what they do for a room at this hotel and get it. Actually more amazing is that they are still in business. If I ran my business like this I would be without customers in less than a week. Schedule yourself an extended stay away, America!
