Bare Minimum-Unfriendly Staff No one at the check in desk. Waited 10 minutes for staff to help. Unfriendly and did not have the room I reserved available. Less than basic amenities. Had to request kitchen items and then the kit did not include what the brochure stated. Pro-The bed was comfortable. Steep at $145 per night for only pro being comfortable bed though. Have stayed at this hotel once a year for the past 5 years but we will be looking elsewhere next year.

Bathtub was dirty and water got stuck in bathtub. Too much noise from other guests.

it does not have room service or new towels so keep that in mind if you want your room cleaned when out. Also there is no breakfast. its some granola bars and coffee. it was the only available under $200 a night so I took it. I also some bug bit me in the bed

worse place to stay ever overall very bad smell like cigarrett everywhere room had a broken TV set they say thats how it was no replacement ? bathroom lights when off light bulb they say that did'nt have anybody to replace the light bulb there was no housekeeping no clean towels, sofabed was very dirty big stains we coundnt use it the water in the pool was dirty no maintenance overall horrible worse hotel ever never will stay with hotels again wi-fi was very poor

Poorly run Stayed recently for 3 nights, arrived 1am the first night, was told to wait half an hour because they couldn't check me in during "audit". Upon check out I learned they had my check in and check out days wrong (despite my having booked online). Not sure if this is normal for extended stay types of hotels, but room was not visited by maids during the visit. Weed smell in hallway in the evening. Breakfast consists of granola bars, instant oatmeal, and individually packaged muffins. No issues with the room itself.

I was given a non-smoking room but with some sort of odor. It did not smell clean. Window was open to let some fresh air in when I went into the room. Then I found a trash can with used toilet paper and clump of hair. So I went to the front desk to ask for a new room. She was not friendly and seemed "bothered" that I even asked for a new room.
