very unfriendly service at check in, made to feel like we were troubling her to check in. no sheets and blankets in room for pull out sofa

Disappointing experience all around. Would not recommend this hotel. Kitchen is a kitchenette not a kitchen. Dishwasher, half fridge no freezer, 2 burners on a stove top, microwave. Rooms very outdated.

Terrible Choice Dirty lobby and shabby. Bed hard. Staff did not tell me when I checked in late that the kitchen was stripped of dishes and utensils and even the coffee maker. Guests must check out needed utensils at the front desk and haul them to the room. Described by staff as “grab and go” breakfast turned out to be: coffee only (no hot water for tea or tea bags), stale granola bars and individually wrapped stale small muffins. HORRIBLE - dont stay Bad service Staff was VERY rude upon check in Gave me a Smoking riom despite the reservation that specified non smoking Hotel employee said “if you dont want the room - fine a good luck finding a toom in this town this late”

Customized for your comfort Translation: you have to call the front desk top get a water glass. The floor in the bathroom was wet. The toilet bowl was still filled with Comet. Some of the staff were fine but others were about as indifferent as it's possible to be. Pleasanton is sill somewhat in the Bay Area/Silicon Valley nexus, otherwise this lodging would be about half the rate. All that said, it may still be the best deal for an unextended stay if one is in Pleasanton.

Dirty, smelled like smoke even though non smoking room. Disgusting
