Not coming back to this place. Dirty place. Not coming back to this place. Go somewhere else.
Low price reflected in the quality. This is a non-smoking/smoking hotel. I had a non-smoking room which reeked of smoke. I shut off the AC, opened the window, and ran the bathroom vent to get some air. It still wasn't enough. My eyes were irritated after being in the room for a couple hours. It seems if you smoke, this is the place to be.
Never Again! There was a black hair on the bathroom counter at checkin, one of the ice cube trays had old dried food in it.
not for business unless your boss is cheap broken, dirty, little to no service, couldn't even checkout or get a receipt at 6:30 am.
Not happy! We arrived on Friday night and we had no hot water. The toilet seat and toilet was dirty. When I called to report that there was no hot water, I was told there were no other complaints. The next morning I spoke to the staff and was told that after I called more calls started coming in with the same problem. Yesinia the staff on duty was working very hard! Trying to help everyone. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
I won't stay here again. When I entered the lobby for the first time, the place had a smell of some kind of cleaning agent that reminded me of a hospital. When I got to the room, there was no TV remote and no phone. I had to ask the person at the front desk for them. Later I asked where the ice machine was located. She said there is none and to use the ice cube trays in the refrigerator. Then I told here there were no ice cube trays in the refrigerator.
