Terrible place . Had to ask for anything you needed for the kitchen . No blow dryer . Condom under the bed. First room was smoked in . DO NOT STAY HERE!

They remake beds without changing sheets! Was pleased when first arrived arriving. Staff was nice an polite. Asked for extra sheets so my friend could sleep on the pull out bed. But when I pulled back the sheets on the main bed you could clearly see the sheets were used not only that, there was still crumbs of food in in it and on the side of the bed towards the wall. Beautiful room, broken, and noisy Door handle to room 319 was broken so it only opened when lifted upward. A/C fan was very noisy and a lot of people in hotel have dogs which bark randomly through the night. The room is amazing besides all that.

Stay away. First night we brought pizza to our room to wake up at 2am with roaches all over it. We switch room the next morning. Just a terrible experience

Smelly! Shower broken, only tub tap worked but not shower head. Kitchen floor sticky.

My stay was from Monday night to check out Thursday. 2 of the 3 nights I stayed, the fire alarm went off twice in a row, late at night and at 6 am. My key card was disabled once. On my last night I went down to the lobby to figure out if I could do a late checkout, the gentleman at the front said I could do a late checkout at no extra charge, and asked what time I needed. Not clean and I won't stay again I had stayed at this site in the past but this time the room was not clean. The desk chair had something spilled on the back and seat. The carpet had actual debris that I could pick up with my fingers and I did and place in the trash. It should have been vacuumed but was not and the bathroom floor was also not clean until I placed towels to cover most of the bathroom floor.
