Staff was great but everything else wasn’t great. Seemed like most people were living in the hotel and didn’t feel safe. Broken glass in parking area lots of people walking around at all times of the night. Room was run down and hallways were hot and smelled bad.

Never again Room was dirty. Broken door on closet. Missing light cover in the bathroom. No plates or cookware available. Overall a bad place to stay.

The room was dirty with human hair on the floor, dead cockroach in the room, very loud AC and fridge, super bright light outside my room and no blackout shades. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and people went out the door to outside all night long. Four Points by Sheraton was the same cost and a much, much nicer property.

Shouldn’t have stayed here The room smelled like cigarettes even though we were in a non-smoking room. The faucet in the bathroom leaked, the couch was uncomfortable, the drawers on the inside were dirty, the door wouldn’t open right away when accessing it with the key, and one of the guests looked “shady.” I chose this location to get great quality and feel safe. This didn’t meet my expections.
