Check in took over 30 minutes after 11pm. I was given a handicap room. Noisy all night.

Staff was friendly. Room was not clean. Someone else's hair all over the shower. You can see the cheap repair patches throughout the room. No TV remote for the room. Told the front desk, who let me try a few spairs, but no luck.

They started tearing apart the sidewalk. It was dusty and very noisy

Gone to hell I've stayed here for the past 6 years while attending the Westcoast Nationals carshow at the Alameda County Fair Grounds, but this time the parking lot was all torn up, and homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. Even though the room was pretty clean and comfortable, the hallways and stairways were not clean at all, infact the wife wanted to leave, but since this was a big weekend for the event, there wasn't much availability. Too bad, but the whole country's going to hell !!!

Disappointed in this as it was advertised as an equipped kitchen but had bare cupboards. No hairdryer, no coffee machine. Shower was fine but sliding door was stuck and couldn’t be opened or shut. Breakfast was sparse, just muffins.

We arrived for check-in at 11p after driving a long distance and they told us they were unable to check-in to come back in an hour. Terribly inconvenient and no recourse when you advance pay and cannot take your business elsewhere for bad service
