Don’t stay here. Hotel was under renovation but there was construction dust and debris everywhere. We had people Working late at night and early in the morning. The carpets were filthy and the rooms furniture was disgusting. They never cleaned our room.

I did not like that the information about the rating of 3 stars was misleading. The property’s parking lot was well lighted but many people were loitering at night. The hallway smells like dead fish. The king’s suites - carpet were old, dirty. The room smell so bad that even a whole package of chlorox wipes did not work and we cannot sleep with the smell. The lights in the room were yellow, making it dark. There are hair on pillows or bed sheet. The curtains have bloody stains. The chairs were dilapidated that it is difficul... read more

No cups, silverware,coffee maker, grab and go breakfast was a muffin( tiny) Wont stay here again.

The ac unit has cover off and not plugged in.

Housing for the homeless, very dirty, very overpriced. Not worth $1450 for 10 nights. Moved 3 days before I was supposed to check out to another one 4 blocks away for $75 a night. Worst experience ever for an Extended Stays America, and shame on Expedia for not doing their homework on properties they promote.

Overall it was an okay place to stay. At one point our key card stopped working and we had to go to the front desk to get it reactivated. The gentleman took our card and asked our room number and reactivated it. Didn’t check ID or ask for a name on the room. That didn’t feel very safe to me. Overall, most of the staff was very friendly.

The staff was nice but the internet was horrible, and had to pay for better service, whuch was unnecessary nerver have i ever had to do that before at any hotel. told them about the dishwasher not draining and all they did was suctioned it out and didnt actually fix it. Used it the same night and was stopped up again and it stunk so bad from the water just sitting in it. The internet was terrible and if you wanted better internet you had to pay extra which makes no sense. Worst place i have ever stayed but the staff was nice... read more
