The location is great. The hotel is very dirty. My room had roaches in it. It’s an extended stay so you’ve got some questionable people living there as well. Tried to get into my room one night and it wouldn’t open. The front desk gal came up and had to body slam the door to open it. That felt very unsafe. There’s nothing in the kitchen for use, you have to ask for stuff. But I didn’t feel comfortable using the kitchen because of the roaches. Pathetic property. Dirty sofa. Bed bugs. Smelly room. Checked-in around 11:15 PM, no one was at reception. Almost 8 minutes to figure out from where we should call someone. For family of four only one blanket. Most important no prior work inspite of knowing family is coming. No utensils in kitchen. We have to take everything from lobby and do whole basic service. Never go to this hotel.

Late check in smelly wet dog Went with family tired from travel, two hour late check in, one room smelled like wet dog and pet urine for the two days. Tried Clorox wipes, didn’t help. Very disappointing.

Stay only if you really need to The check in was smooth and the gentlemen at the desk was polite. However, the second day the young lady at the desk was horrible. It was our first time staying at this chain of hotels and we had no idea how housekeeping worked (we decided to stay there because of the location but immediately regretted it.) Stay Elsewhere Once we got past the smell, the uncleanliness, the load and rowdy neighbors, we made it our room and began to setup for the night. After pulling out the sofa bed, my son refused to sleep on it because it was filthy and in extremely poor shape. We were able to switch to a different room with an actual bed he could use.
