Everything was dirty, the stairwells, the halls, the sink in the room

I waited 20 minutes at the check in desk while Tim talked to someone on the phone and did not acknowledge me at all! The room was absolutely filthy. The bed sheets had stains or blood in them!!! The full kitchen did not have one dish!! We could not stay here and just left the keys in the room and had to pay a lot for another hotel!!

Don’t stay here. Hotel was under renovation but there was construction dust and debris everywhere. We had people Working late at night and early in the morning. The carpets were filthy and the rooms furniture was disgusting. They never cleaned our room.

I did not like that the information about the rating of 3 stars was misleading. The property’s parking lot was well lighted but many people were loitering at night. The hallway smells like dead fish. The king’s suites - carpet were old, dirty. The room smell so bad that even a whole package of chlorox wipes did not work and we cannot sleep with the smell.
