I was a late arrival, what i got off the elevator to was creepy at 1 am. The entire floor was under some kind of construction. No warning, and i never saw a worker all week to finish it. The paint jobin my room was bad. I would like to send you a few pictures.

When I arrived there I found the office locked at all 3 locations the staff were impossible to find at 11 o’clock at night and no one knew anything about my reservation . I had to cancel and Expedia is their booking agency and it’s been two weeks now the property refunded my money but Expedia has just been holding onto my money for no reason other then lazy and careless. Beautiful surroundings! Bathroom door did not stay shut. Under pullout bed was someone’s sock from who knows when lol. Tv remote for living room did not work. Front desk was amazing thank you!
I tried hrs to cancel and was very frustrated and unable to find any place on line and or on the phone to do so......and now you have taken it out of my credit card!!! WE NEVER STAYED THERE!!! SO we are out $180....THANKS

One elevator for the whole place so if you stay at the far end you have a long walk

We booked this room so our grandchildren could use the pool. Pool was out if service due to broken ADA systems, which we were not notified of until we noticed by ourselves. Onsite manager was friendly and helpful.

Wouldn’t give me my refund on a refundable room when we checked out just 1 day early. Even tho the room I booked for was refundable and Expedia said it was okay.
Room wasn’t ready 3 hours after check in time. Had to cancel
