Beautiful surroundings! Bathroom door did not stay shut. Under pullout bed was someone’s sock from who knows when lol. Tv remote for living room did not work. Front desk was amazing thank you!
I tried hrs to cancel and was very frustrated and unable to find any place on line and or on the phone to do so......and now you have taken it out of my credit card!!! WE NEVER STAYED THERE!!! SO we are out $180....THANKS

One elevator for the whole place so if you stay at the far end you have a long walk

We booked this room so our grandchildren could use the pool. Pool was out if service due to broken ADA systems, which we were not notified of until we noticed by ourselves. Onsite manager was friendly and helpful.

Wouldn’t give me my refund on a refundable room when we checked out just 1 day early. Even tho the room I booked for was refundable and Expedia said it was okay.
