Beds are not comfortable. Broken kitchen sink.

The appearance was good , but the Bed in rooom 240 was sunken in the middle, needs changing , toilet seat was broken , halls was really smelly with some kinda foods. Carpet had stains.

We went to the hotel at 3pm (which was check in) they told us the rooms were not clean yet and to come back in an hour; my bf and I go to dinner and come back thinking they must be done. We then find out that they dont even have a room available for us.

The property itself is in a great location. Upon checking in at 5pm I had to wait over 10 minutes because their system was not cooperating as it said there were no room, or rooms that weren't cleaned yet... although check in was at 3:00pm. The TV was missing the remote so I had to go hunt down the housekeeper before they left. The sink in the bathroom was so low, I had to bend far over to use it, can't imagine a taller person having to bend down that far. The bath tub filled with water when taking a shower, did not drain. Vey dirty room Please note the bedsheets were not changed. You could see hair on the bed. We were too tired to call somebody becuase w came in at 10 pm. By the time they would come it would be even more late. Luckily there were some clean sheets in a bag in the closet which we used so we can get to bed and get up early to go to our customer in the morning.

No coffee pots available! And would not give me clean sheets on my second night! Because they only clean rooms once a week! I explained that my Husband was having surgery and needed clean sheets for the night so he doesn’t get infection! So I checked out and went home to Clean sheets! $120 something down the drain! Never again! Smells there also , dirty carpet!
