No coffee pots available! And would not give me clean sheets on my second night! Because they only clean rooms once a week! I explained that my Husband was having surgery and needed clean sheets for the night so he doesn’t get infection! So I checked out and went home to Clean sheets! $120 something down the drain! Never again! Smells there also , dirty carpet!

INEVER STAY THERE BECAUSE YOU MESS UP MY RESERVATION PLUS HOTEL CHARGE ME FOR YOU ERROR $132.78 😡

never stay never stayed during fire evacuation emergency tried to help my sister find place to stay instead of sleeping in her car, hotel booked approx 5:30pm local time apparrently had 6pm cancel time, after long discussion with brother in law was opposed to going to hotel or evacuation even so 2+ hours later i gave up they werent going and cancelled hotels.com nice, friendly and attempted cancellation full refund however hotel extend stay would not cooperate and insisted on enforcing policy charging 1 night, not very under... read more

Dirty room Room was not clean u see the love seat was a lot of trash mainly a pack of old bbq sauce with a French fry on it meaning they r not cleaning rooms appropriately & mainly with all this pendeemic of Covid 19 going on. I had my 3 kids & we left hotel!

They overbooked us and a dozen others and forced us to turn back to another hotel an hour away. No notice. "That happens," was their response and proved it by showing our names on a long list of customers they were going to reject their reservations. This is the norm? Then they charged us for the room we couldn't stay at the following day. This overdrafted my bank account and forced us to abandon our family vacation. Ridiculous.
