No shower water. Desk clerk rude. No handicap rooms availabe. Gave us room at the back of hotel with extremely long walk. bed too hard. I wouldnt recommend this place for any reason

It was dirty and stunk... they advertise a pool, but pool is broken... i reserved that hotel because of the pool...

I was a late arrival, what i got off the elevator to was creepy at 1 am. The entire floor was under some kind of construction. No warning, and i never saw a worker all week to finish it. The paint jobin my room was bad. I would like to send you a few pictures.

When I arrived there I found the office locked at all 3 locations the staff were impossible to find at 11 o’clock at night and no one knew anything about my reservation . I had to cancel and Expedia is their booking agency and it’s been two weeks now the property refunded my money but Expedia has just been holding onto my money for no reason other then lazy and careless.
