When the room I booked wasn't a available, a 2 bed bedroom, she spent an hour staring at the screen, then told me she went ahead and "upgraded" me to a king size single bed bedroom. A room that was much cheaper than the 2 bed bedroom. She even had the audacity to charge me the same price. Expedia had to come and save the day.
Bad experience Location was great; however, cleanliness was not. Floor had dried, squashed food on them. It was apparent they hadn't been cleaned. I took a couple towels and cleaned them myself (out of frustration). Counters were also dirty & not wiped off. One bar of soap was available, already opened & with pubic hair embedded. A/C barely worked; room was very humid & had a moldly/funky smell.
Horrible experience that fire alram going on for as long as it did. Is hugely unacceptable!!

Poor Not good. Alarms going off 3 times. There is no breakfast. muffins. Oatmeal granola bar. Whoo. coffee.

The alarm fire was on many times and We can not rest.

Fleas in our bed... while we understand this is a pet friendly hotel, and some visitors might bring in their dogs with fleas, it would be great if some rooms were non-pet rooms. We are dog lovers, so I tried to be understanding, but when I called to inquire with the front desk, I was told that the maintenance person responsible for spraying for fleas is not in for another 2 days, and they did not have any other rooms that she could guarantee wouldn’t have possible fleas, since all rooms are pet friendly. Not clean The room was pretty gross. We found empty water bottles everywhere, an old sippy cup, a used wash cloth hanging over the shower curtain, and one of the sheets had a dogs paw print on it, like it hadn’t been washed. Also we were on the 3rd floor at the very end of it, with 3 kids. There was only 1 elevator and it was as far away from our room as it could get.

Reservation was not done as confirmed. Had to go to anotger hotel that was dirty and with only 1 bed. Had to go out and buy an airobed
