The double sofa bed is broken so was not a satisfactory stay. They should change the Sofa bed immediaty

After checking in, went to our room and it had not been cleaned or touched after prior occupant had left. The room had a kitchen, but no utensils, pots, pans, dishes whatsoever. Our stay consisted of five nights, within that stay our room was never cleaned or made up by housekeeping. There was rarely ever anybody at the front desk to ask for more soap, toilet paper, coffee, or the above mentioned kitchen supplies. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. I’ve had to stay at Extended Stay hotels many times in the past due to travel for work and never had an issue. It’s been a while since I’ve stayed, but this place has really gone downhill. Don’t know if it’s a corporate thing or this hotel specifically, but our stay was terrible. The room was cramped and somewhat claustrophobic. No shower, no one at the counter. Boy did I need a shower. It's not like Extended Stay is the top of the market, but I still expected a functioning shower. When I discovered that this is not what my room offered, it was clear that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. And when I called downstairs to move my room at 10pm, I got the maid, who said she'd leave a note for the counter person in the morning. Whether this was one bad luck day for this hotel, I can't say. But I hope that it wasn't its best day.

Booked the room once get there they say Travelocity over book and theirs no room available
The room was stale, bed was horrible, small kitchen was really worn out. Not worth the price
