Size of room good although dated.Good location. Room, especially bathroom, was very dirty. Hairs on tub walls, towels, and vanity. Dried feces in bowl. Room had lingering smell of foods. Microwave had crumbs in it. Bought Lysol Spray and sanitizing wipes..One lamp did not have bulb and another just didn't work.Breakfast limited to coffee, tea, granula bars, and packaged muffins. Staff friendly..

Filthy. And the towels in my hotel room had a hair The gym was Filthy. And the towels in my hotel room had a hair in them. Not my hair

Property was a bit difficult to get to if you are new to the area. however lots of good restaurants close by and also Whole Foods was very close. So if you are staying longer than a day, probably would be OK. If you are staying for only a night, expect minimal services - annoying.

Inhospitable staff ruined a nice place. Went down the front desk to ask for hotel amenities and was greeted with "What do you want"? I was quite shocked and told her that I just needed plates and utensils. She immediately ran back and got me a set. I told her I need 4 sets. She rolled her eyes and went be to another 3 sets.

Smoked out The room smells like smoke. I have a 1 year old child staying it the room. Had to ask 3 times to get dishes.

Extended nightmare Really bad customer service Was told to get my own towels from the front desk because they were too busy No extra blankets for the sofa bed When unfolds the sofa bed it blocks literally the whole room No cups or coffee in the room
