Disappointed. For price paid, value not there. Disappointed. Checked out early. Although staff was friendly, the accommodations were lousy. 2 holes in seat of desk chair required us to place a towel on seat to make comfortable; bathroom door would not shut and swings open by itself; bed very springy and soft - when I moved it would shake my wife awake; 1 of the 2 AC units was not chilling the air; no coffee maker in room (isn’t that a min standard now); the breakfast was as advertised - muffin or granola bar or instant oatme... read more

We had never stayed at an extended stay before. There is no information for anything anywhere. We checked the website about the pool. We had to ask where it was and the hours because it’s not posted anywhere and it’s an obscure way to get there. They said they had to-go breakfast until 9:30. There was a few granola bars there (on a Saturday morning) at 8:30 with a note from management that said that sorry-this is all we have. We did get to choose our floor. Mostly what I expected and staff was great. Bed was lumpy and breakfast items were not always available. I asked for a taxi and was given a guy who wasn't even Uber or Lyft.. He charged too much for ride to airport.

Landscape was nice, but inside was a disappointment. There were bags of towels on the floor, dishes in the hallway. Bed sheets did not smell fresh. It looks like they were updating the place. Dont expect to get full at breakfast. They only had coffee/tea, natures bar, small muffins and oatmeal.

The worst hotel I have stayed in. Customer service is non-existent, they gave us a full-bed when we booked king size because they were all sold out. I would never return there. Otherwise the area is nice.

Convient location that's about it. Check in staff was rude, they didn't have my reservation, was told they had no rooms available even though I had an email room confirmation, beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are not good.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! I have stayed at many other "extended stay" hotels and unlike this one, they included all the amenities one expects out of a hotel. It is false advertisement to list this place under hotels when it rates more like a hostel. We had to be our own maid, janitor, plumber, exterminator, all while on vacation... Not to mention, there is no in room coffee service, or toiletries. Totally deplorable!!!!!!!!
