We were treated like an extended stay not a motel. Don't advertise as a motel and treat your customers as extended stay place. They did not give room service. We had to go down to the front desk to get more towels, only after we brought all the towels from our room. Customer service was rude. Will never stay at another Extended Stay again

Underwhelming Hotel room was ok, however, our bathtub was severly damaged to the point where the bottom of the tub had a large water bubble and ended up flooding out of bottom between the pan and surround. This leads me to think that the room hadnt been totally cleaned, there was no way you could have missed that while cleaning. The hallway smelled like stale cigarettes and breakfast was a packaged mini muffin with coffee but no cups. Not somewhere I would ever choose to stay again.

Unsafe Area I parked my vehicle in the parking spot closest to the main entrance. I went out the next morning to find my window broken and everything in the car stolen. Hotel has no cameras or surveillance

Hallways smelled like cigarettes, no daily housekeeping, was provided a shampoo but no conditioner, outlets didn't work properly. Gym only had 3 machines. It says breakfast is included but it is only coffee, tea and oatmeal packets

This is the noisiest hotel I've ever been at I hear voices everywhere. I hear banging on the wall. I heard people yelling. It has been noisy for literally the last 6 hours I've been here. I'm just hoping all the noise stops soon so I can get some sleep

False Advertising Please be advised- Expedia lists all Extended Stay Hotel's as having free continental breakfast. That was my main criteria for choosing this place. They do NOT have any b-fast. Just granola bars and really bland coffee. which sits out all day. They also do not provide daily maid service. Very inconvenient for out-of-towners that don't have any other choices. Also, bring your own conditioner. They don't provide it. FYI, the free-wifi is INCREDIBLY slow. They want you to choose the upgrade for "decent" speed ... read more
