very disappointed was confirmed a smoking room, go to check in no smoking rooms available. no ice in freezer had to go up two floors to get ice. bed was not a queen.

A Bad Experience We had a bad experience at this hotel. First, they did not provide the room that they had confirmed weeks ahead of our arrival. Instead, they provided a very poor substitute and told us there was no other option. They said the reason was that they gave our room to a corporate client who needed to extend their reserved stay. Don't stay at this hotel I specifically requested a smoking room, made the reservation at this hotel so I could have a smoking room, but did not get one. When I raised an objection, I was told I could go elsewhere. I will never stay at this hotel again, their customer service was non existent. The sole reason for booking at this property was for a smoking room, yet they saw no problem with not honoring my reservation.

Barely Ok for the Price Reserved a Smoking King room. We got to the Hotel at 3pm which was Checkin time. There were 2 attendents at the Desk. They looked up our reservation. They said they had to go check a room to see if it was clean. She came back and said it wasn't. She looked up another room. I asked to confirm it was smoking she said no and looked again. cheap out & blame Expedia for misleading Cramped space; "queen bed" was double, not queen; had to special request & sign receipt for two plates, cups and spooms. No pamphlets or info on local restaurants; no info on tv guide and remote didnt work. Returned after dinner to find room open. We had left secured no explanation or apology

So sorry but our overall experience at this hotel was quite poor ... this was due not to the facilities but to the management. They overbooked heavily. I was at the front desk behind a family of four whom they forced to switch from one larger room to two smaller rooms, thus splitting the family. Then they CHARGED them for the two rooms rather than the one room. They did not have a room for a member of our party because they overbooked ... these four people had to split and stay in rooms of friends. Again, no management to he... read more

Bonnie is terrible at her job I call for a early check in because I was the minister at a wedding and the person said no problem. When I arrived Bonnie said there was no way to get me in sooner than the 3:00 checkin. When I told her I made arrangements for early check in without looking she said no way. I left to deal with wedding plans and came back a 2:00. Again without looking she said no way and said I can change in the lobby bathroom.
