Very poor service This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had; which is saying something because not only do I travel for work but travel on weekends for softball majority of weekends thru out the northwest..There were a series of events that have led to my displeasure. Nothing seems to go well with this hotel.. it ranged from no one being at the front desk, no eating utensils in room, no bedding, brown smears on inside of bathroom door frame, smelly/smokey room, rooms aren't cleaned but once a week, not dail... read more
A lot of ants. They put a lot of pesticide in my room. I requested to change room but they didn't. I could not breathe. The pillows have very bed smells. I requested to change pillows but they didn't, either. Bed sheet is also very dirty. I don't want to stay this hotel again.
Good location The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel cleanliness was lacking.
Disappointment I have been used this hotel for long time. This time I was surprised because these is no breakfast and no kitchenware in the room. I may not use this hotel next time.
Hillsboro Extended Stay America Once we checked in, it was discovered that we had no coffee pot or coffee in the room. No dishes, silverware or glasses in the room. No bath towels or hand towels in the room. In order to get these items, we needed to initiate the requests with the reception and front desk.
This motel is not kept up very well. The rooms smell bad, the they did not feel clean therefore, I was not able to sleep very well
Very Disappointing This was the case of how much money can we save by supplying our customers the absolute minimum and then some. I don't blame the working staff, in any way, for a disappointing stay. They were doing the best they could with what management has given them to work with. The breakfast was absolute bare minimum. We discovered the desk clerk was on their own to handle everything.
