Smelly room The room smelled horrible. The top floor was smoking. Gross. The "free breakfast " was a joke with off brand small packaged muffins and granola bars. We checked out 2 nights early because of the smell and loud neighbors.

Continental breakfast was a granola bar and cold coffee. When we asked they said it was grab and go breakfast.

Slow wi fi and bad water pressure, the heating/cooling unit blows right on the bed. It was a miserable night.

Not really a good choose for business trip. The only advantage is great deal of room rate. Actually there were no breakfast at all, only some protein \ candy bar with empty coffee pot available at the front desk. The breakfast shall not be described as "included" while booking. The space of room is okay, but not so clean as expected. The speed of free internet access is pretty poor even was panic while I was trying to receive Email. Everything was horrible. I'm not sure I could list everything that was bad here. Two of the three people I saw at the counter had some serious complaints as well. Small, dirty room, unusable kitchen area, awful mattresses, small vanity outside of the bathroom near the beds, broken heater, stains on chair, one plastic cup in room. I could go on and on.
Didn't actually have the room I reserved and didn't notify me so I'd have time to make other arrangements. Spent the night in my car. Still waiting for a refund.
Disrespectful, careless staff behavior Awful greeting experience. Front desk attendant Jasmine was rude, incompetent and careless. We paid for a queen size bed and got a double. Even though the hotel was far from Fully booked. In order to get rid of us, she told us we would get a 10% off our stay. I was assigned a smoking room. I didn't even know smoking rooms existed anymore in hotels. Couldn't stay there and had to find another hotel at 10:00pm. The staff was helpful though.
The breakfast you guys served doesn't fall into category of Continental. Its just you guys are making fool of people. I would suggest one of your corporate person should go and stay in best western Inn than they will know what is difference between the breakfast you guys served and they served. We have decided that we will never stay in this chain of hotel.
