Location is good Better hotels in the area that do daily housekeeping with included continental breakfast. The room just did not seem clean.

Dissapointed No housekeeping. No pool towels. No extra bedding for the pull out couch. No extra blankets when we were cold. Dirty and Musky smell (or as some family members states "Smells like farts"), keenex box was wet and moldy, hair balls on the bathroom counter, furniture chained to the floor, shady people in and out of the hotel amd pool area. No other staff on premises but the front desk lady!

Ripoff We had stayed at this property before, and were misled by the One Bedroom Executive Suite, sleeps six ad on HomeAway. The room was the same standard room we had before (at a $30/night premium over what we could have rented it for at the front desk), no bedroom, no suite, did not sleep six, except to place at least one on the floor. Had to go elsewhere to secure lodging for the rest of our party. Spent 3 hours on the phone with HomeAway representatives, got fully ripped off (they take your payment in advance). Very mediocre hotel Location is prime and I was sad with quality Advertisement was showing "free breakfast" this is false. Just coffee and Costco muffins

Will not go agin They sell the room with breakfast no breakfast And no room sevice if some one wants ti stay more than one day do not use extended stay america

Not great Hotel room was ok garbage in garbage cans in stairwells and on grounds overflowing no towels at the pool had to take dirty towels down to get new ones. Continental breakfast was a granola bar

Bad experience I booked this hotel as it had free breakfast however after checking in, I was told that there would be no breakfast. I checked in late, however I called them ahead ad told them that I will be late. When I checked in I was told there were no extra blankets for the sofa bed. The sofa bed was terrible. The bathroom door did not close. When called front desk, I was told they cant do anything about it and I had to adjust. Overall very bad experience.

Stay away from this hotel When we arrived after a long 10 hour drive there was no one at the front. A sign says to ring someone on the phone on the outside of the door which I did but no one picked up. Finally after 10 mins someone arrived at the front. We received our key to our room. We proceeded to get our luggage and when getting to the room there was an awful smell so strong. Unsafe location, Poor customer service we stayed there for a night and parked our vehicle in the hotel parking. The next morning I realized that somebody has scratched both diver side doors of my vehicles. the way it was done, it appeared to be intentional. I advised the reception about this and asked to check the hotel cameras to find out who has caused this damage to my car.
