Not recommended at all. This hotel does no room cleaning "for environmental reasons". The place smells of smoke everywhere you go, even the "non-smoking" rooms. They are terribly understaffed. I felt sorry for the employees. It's not their fault. But to charge this high of a price and not clean rooms is terrible. The breakfast they offer is coffee, instant oatmeal and granola bars. The pool was cloudy and over-chlorinated. This is the first time I have ever given a bad review. I am not picky, but this place sucks.

Not worth the money. Beds were very uncomfortable. The breakfast in the morning has barely any options and they didn't have enough coffee creamer for everyone. The pool was ok for the kids, not very big though and no deep end. It is next to a mall sot hat was nice. Not worth what I paid to stay here.

We went for a family vacation. The hotel was a no-frills hotel, which is what we expected. We had to ask for pots/pans, dishes, utensils, which was kind of inconvenient, but they provided them upon request. The breakfast was not really a breakfast at all. It was coffee (that ran out early, so you were SOL if you didn't get there within the first hour), pre-packaged muffins and granola bars. Plus: the pool was fabulous for the kids and the location was great. It was near everything--shopping, restaurants, highway, MAX line, e... read more

A place to sleep... not much else... It is hard to find a hotel room to accommodate our family (2 adults, 4 kids). The room we booked had two queens and a pull out queen couch to sleep six, so it worked. We have high allergies in our family and requested non-smoking and non-pets room. We walked in the lobby and there were two people with dogs walking up and down the hallways... The first room we walked into almost knocked me over with the smell of smoke. Needless to say, we asked for a different room. They moved us to a new ... read more

Never Again When we arrived they did not have the room I booked. I booked a non-smoking room with 2 beds. They placed me in a smoking room that did not have air conditioning running on a 100+ degree day. When I called down to get a different room, they told me there weren't any, and that it didn't matter what I booked, that was all they had. I told them I was heading back to the front desk for a refund and for them to call and find me a room somewhere else. They said they could not give me the refund (that I paid in advance)... read more

Piece of crap with a side of rude staff 1. No luggage trolley in lobby. Front desk didn't go get it. Ran into another unhappy guest whom said trolleys were outside his room on 3rd floor. 2. No complimentary kitchen items. Ordered them at 4:05. At 4:50 my husband went to front desk to pick them up and was told "it hadn't been over 30 mins". 3. Sheets. Went to pick up sleeper sofa sheets and we were told it was one fitted, one flat. Saw that it was two flats. Went back and we're told "we don't do the laundry". 4. Dirty bathroo... read more

Lacking, but has potential. This hotel has great potential, but it is lacking in many ways. I paid for my stay upfront, requesting a room with two double beds. My email confirmed that I would be accommodated with my request to two doubles plus a sofa sleeper (though the sofa sleeper was not my request). Upon my arrival, I checked in, was given my room keys, and sent on my way. I walked into a room with one double bed and a sofa sleeper. When I returned to the front desk, I was told there were no rooms left with double beds, ... read more
