Not really a good choose for business trip. The only advantage is great deal of room rate. Actually there were no breakfast at all, only some protein \ candy bar with empty coffee pot available at the front desk. The breakfast shall not be described as "included" while booking. The space of room is okay, but not so clean as expected. The speed of free internet access is pretty poor even was panic while I was trying to receive Email. Everything was horrible. I'm not sure I could list everything that was bad here. Two of the three people I saw at the counter had some serious complaints as well. Small, dirty room, unusable kitchen area, awful mattresses, small vanity outside of the bathroom near the beds, broken heater, stains on chair, one plastic cup in room. I could go on and on.

Didn't actually have the room I reserved and didn't notify me so I'd have time to make other arrangements. Spent the night in my car. Still waiting for a refund.

Disrespectful, careless staff behavior Awful greeting experience. Front desk attendant Jasmine was rude, incompetent and careless. We paid for a queen size bed and got a double. Even though the hotel was far from Fully booked. In order to get rid of us, she told us we would get a 10% off our stay. The next day, it appeared she wrote a note to the morning clerk saying we requested the rebate And she told us she could not do anything. I do not appreciated being lied to. I was assigned a smoking room. I didn't even know smoking rooms existed anymore in hotels. Couldn't stay there and had to find another hotel at 10:00pm. The staff was helpful though.

The breakfast you guys served doesn't fall into category of Continental. Its just you guys are making fool of people. I would suggest one of your corporate person should go and stay in best western Inn than they will know what is difference between the breakfast you guys served and they served. We have decided that we will never stay in this chain of hotel.

very disappointed was confirmed a smoking room, go to check in no smoking rooms available. no ice in freezer had to go up two floors to get ice. bed was not a queen.

A Bad Experience We had a bad experience at this hotel. First, they did not provide the room that they had confirmed weeks ahead of our arrival. Instead, they provided a very poor substitute and told us there was no other option. They said the reason was that they gave our room to a corporate client who needed to extend their reserved stay. Don't stay at this hotel I specifically requested a smoking room, made the reservation at this hotel so I could have a smoking room, but did not get one. When I raised an objection, I was told I could go elsewhere. I will never stay at this hotel again, their customer service was non existent. The sole reason for booking at this property was for a smoking room, yet they saw no problem with not honoring my reservation.
