For future travelers It was unclean, noisy and we had to switch rooms because it smelled of urine.
ant room Stay here everytime I go to Portland and this time NY room was full of baby sugar ants. When telling the front desk no one seemed to care they would put in a report. I was unhappy after paying $150 a night to an ant filled bathroom. Won't be staying here again
Wouldn't stay here again. Didn't have linens for pull out couch. Didn't provide enough towels. Mold in shower. One lamp was burned out. Magnetic key cards didn't work consistently. Front door knob only worked on inside. No available change for laundry machines. Vending machine didn't give us back correct change. Skeezy people outside loitering.
Probably a better place than my experience. I arrived 30 minutes early and was told I needed to wait. I returned 10 minutes later to find people being checked in. I was then given a smoking room. I called the desk and said 'no way' and was told that my reservation stated smoking room. I then showed up with documentation showing non-smoking room and then was told that the motel was full. Disappointed Hallways and my room smelled like cigarette smoke. Furniture was old, had holes in it or damaged.
Horrible Service I booked a room at this hotel for two queen beds and a pull out for my fiance and her bridal party. When they arrived, The booked that was reserved was not available and the only option they were given was a small, one bed room. I understand that things happen but what really set me off was how the Night Manager addressed the situation. Not only was he rude, he pretended to "setup" another room at another location for them.
