The hotel was advertised as having a business center. That was completely false. The rooms were to have two queen beds but they were only double beds.

Extended stay America We got a room someone had burned spaghetti in and no matter how much the staff sprayed febreeze it smelled terrible. We got an extra blanket and it was still wet from the dryer! The a/c /heater didn't work, a lamp was broken, and the bathroom was dirty. Also breakfast consisted if a few granola bars and muffins and old fruit! I will never stay with them again!

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, but not shampoo/conditioner. I had to go to the the front desk for coffee. There were not drinking glasses in the room.The bed was too close to the wall to allow access to that side. We were awaken before 7:00 am the next morning by the thundering of the old worn-out tread mill directly below us. Guest are allowed to use the tread mill 24 hrs per day.

Worst Hotel Ever This was a huge dissapointment. The room was not as advertised and was filthy - bathroom not clean, food on the floor and bed dirty. The fold out bed had no sheets, blankets or pillows. The so-called breakfast was coffee and granola bars. Last time we will ever stay at one of these properties.

How room was. Got to Hotel and thought everything was great. Came back from dinner and found garbage cans overflowing. Dishes in washer were dirty from last people. Ted was quick to remedy these things and then the next day we came back to find our dirty towels still piled in the room. If they had told us they only provided maid service once a week, it wouldn't have been such a shock. I have no problem w/ making my own bed or looking for clean clean towels. The person in the desk is very rude! We came and there is no one in the information desk and we waited for almost 15 minutes. When he comes he never apologize instead even make a nasty remarks when I said we are here for about 15 minutes waiting for him to show up. We are at eh second floor and almost 10:30 in the evening we heard a lot of noise (like walking heavily) on the third floor. The breakfast is terrible too! Terrible Hotel - Terrible Service No one told us that maid service was NOT included in the stay. There were no toiletries supplied (except bar soap), no dish soap, no extra linens for sofa sleeper and no extra towels (because they were out). One cup for drinking and a couple of plates. Not enough for a family of 4 even though it was a double queen room. I questioned if the sheets had been changed because of all of the hairs we found on the wrinkly sheets.
