We stayed in a room that was clearly not cleaned very well before we got there. There was food left in the cabinets. Food and hair in the sheets. Hair all over the bathroom counter. The counter on the kitchenette was grimes and gross. The sinks were not cleaned at all neither was the refrigerator. I was not pleased at all. I have picture to prove all of this.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I asked them about dining options in Portland, ME, and they recommended a great restaurant down by the waterfront. Unfortunately, breakfast consists of coffee, granola bars and pre-packaged muffins. Additionally, there was a thumb tack on the floor, and the bathtub stopper did not work. The room also had a musty smell.

Disappointing hotel, bed was not comfortable, not much available for breakfast. Needs to all be upgraded for comfort.

Everything in the rooms are old and worn out. The bedding is old and threadbare, as are the towels. The flooring in the kitchen is cheap laminate that your feet stick to when you walk on it. There was still a full trash can in the room from the previous occupant and the kitchen counter was dirty. The refrigerator was leaking all over the floor - although they did replace it. Not impressed at all , heavy cop presence at the place , sketchy people hanging up in the parking lot, uncomfortable bed , very noisy. Will NEVER stay again

Very sticky room. Every surface was very sticky. Floor, toilet seat, counter top, tv remote....like so sticky that at 3 am you’re laughing out loud about how sticky it is.

If you enjoy people hanging around in the parking lot drinking and doing whatever all night than this is the place for you. More of an apartment house than a hotel.
