I was harassed out of hotel by Lori I had an awful experience at this hotel. Hotel had a bad smell and the bed was very uncomfortable. I tried to checked out right after i saw the room but the area was sold out. Next morning, @10AM, an hour before check out, house keeping starts knocking at my door. I was in the rest room getting ready around 11 AM when someone barged into my room without knocking. I stepped out and they were gone. I figured it was probbaly house keeping. Old facilities, unwelcoming, and unfriendly staff.

I was appalled by the flying insects in the room I took video and pics. The room was loaded w these black flies.

People in front of me as I checked in said they went to 2 rooms and people were in the room. I asked for refund. They said I needed 24 hour notice. My room had not been cleaned they clearly made attempt to make bed. It was the dirtiest place I v been. I deserve a full refund. Judy

Gave me a room that wasn't cleaned. Hallways smell like cigarettes.

The Room was Infested with fleas. And she tried making me pay for the room twice

They had no ice available and gave no reason why. They gave us one used blue ice tray which looked like the ice had been in it for a LONG time so we ended up going to a store for ice. We had a room with a full kitchen but it was EMPTY ... cabinets and drawers with NOTHING in them. (They did bring us some items after we complained.) There was no housekeeping so no clean towels or sheets and no trash pickup ... and we were there for 2 nights. They said we should have been told all of that in "our letter" ... we never received ... read more
