Only thumbs up was the staff Booked this stay online and requested a king bed room because the pictures showed a recliner. They put us in a handicap room that had no recliner and limited counter space and looked nothing like the pictures online. No other rooms were available. The bed was hard as a rock and the floors were So nasty that you Cindy go to the bathroom bare footed. The staff was very nice and tried to help by moving us the next morning. Our stay was awful When we arrived it had been snowing for a bit and the walkway to the lobby (entrance) wasn’t shoveled or salted. We were traveling with my 5 month old son so it was difficult to get everything into the hotel. When we got in the room it had an odd smell and things were dusty like the chair, nightstand and lights. They provided 2 pillows which were so flat when we asked for more they said they didn’t have any. The bed was also very hard and the comforter had stains on it. The room was ok, just had very little TP upon arrival and no extra rolls. Biggest complaint was having to walk through the cloud of smokers to get inside any door including the staff smoking just outside the main entrance. Trash cans overflowing and the horrible odor of ashtray hitting you in the face as you exit the building. The staff was great, the room was outdated and not in great condition. The breakfast choices were terrible, everything in plastic wrapping. Would not willingly stay there again

No answer Check in was great. Associate very welcoming. However, neighboring room was playing music very loud from 1am on. Finally at 240am called front desk, she said she will go check it out. I waited till 3am music still loud, went to front desk for lady to say i called his room but no answer. REALLY!!! I asked to change room. Got a room with a smaller bed. Very bad service from her anyway. Upon checkout different clerk said gm or assistant mgr will reach out to me fir a free stay for the inconveinence....nothing. rooms w... read more
