Not a better place Bed bugs in the room. They need to do fumigation. Got scared and not worth for dollars spent.

nothing special.. the staff was friendly but the room and bathroom were dated. many guests hanging out in the parking lot smoking all evening. it was fine but not comfortable. I usually stay at Hampton inns but the prices were higher than usual so I stayed here. next time I will pay the higher price

Never stayed at Extended Inn We were relegated to a smaller and less appealing hotel after being informed the night of our check in that the extended stay wasn't available. I was not satisfied with the room, and thankfully we were going to be gone by the following morning.

Bare minimum, just like camping This hotel does not include a coffee maker, hair dryer, maid service or fresh towels as standard hotel service. Have to request it as additional, but they don't tell you that at the start. The staff is very friendly though.

I won't stay at this chain again When we arrived at 7:30 pm (after driving 9 hours) the king room we reserved 3 weeks earlier was not available. What's the point of a reservation? We had to settle for a queen room. The tv remote didn't work. Went to the front desk to get another one. That one didn't work either. Gave up and went to bed only to find a very uncomfortable bed, hard and lumpy, with tiny pillows. Also, bathroom light and fan are on the same switch. The fan is extremely loud. Do not recommend this hotel.
Less than impressed upon check in we were told that they didn't have a room ready for us because they had overbooked?! Dirty rooms still at 7pm???!!! No dishes in room (upon request) what's the point of an extended stay? Not impressed
