Location was quiet. If you want a quiet place this is good but the hallways were dirty, I even saw a cigarette but in the hall. The room was OK, but nothing to rave about. The continental breakfast was very limited.

Beware of the extended stay in Tigard, OR. This place is horrible. I checked in and checked right back out. I am visiting and thought well it isn't the cheapest and it isn't going to break the bank either that I would give this location a try. I have stayed at the Beaverton Location and have had not troubles but trying to save $30 I stayed in Tigard. What a mistake. Cancellation Cancelled on me at the last minute leaving me with nowhere to stay. Horrible!

Dirty Very dirty rooms and stained mattresses. Not what i expected and i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

They changed our reservation without calling. So I had to throw a fit to get it changed back. Then our room smelled really bad

Bathtub had hair in it. Bathtub caulking loose. Sidewalks and stairs looked dirty and stained.
