Room was gross. Filthy. Reservation was misplaced or whatever.

Too much The heater had electrical problems and did not work so the room was cold. Lamp shades were missing. Candle wax on floor and bed sheet. Broken glass and garbage in stairwell. Overall cleanliness was very poor. Motel 6 is probably a more sanitary option.

Nasty but at least people were nice. The room was unacceptable. It smelt like a railroad worker was inside. The shower did not get hot, it was clogged and filled up, the shower head had a leak that had rot out a huge hole in the wall. The toilet and sink we dirty. Someone had licked the bedroom mirror and it had a moth imprint. The floor was not vacuumed. The remote was filthy with grease. Need Work Would not stay there again. No water glasses in the room when we arrived. Breakfast was poor. This hotel needs better management.

Filthy and non-existent staff Very disappointed. The floor was filthy and the tub was clogged. Absolutely not a comfortable stay! We called beforehand to confirm our check-in won't be until 2am but nobody was at reception to help us when we arrived, we knocked for almost an hour until the staff finally woke up. One of the guests saw us and said that staff is usually non-existent past midnight.

You get what you pay for The bedspread was filthy, the floor was dirty. I'm not sure the pillowcases had been changed. The mattress was rock hard. The only toiletry provided was soap. Two burner stove provided but nothing to cook with or eat off of. Cupboards completely bare.I guess you provide all that yourself. Continental breakfast is a small muffin and coffee or tea to go. Would have been nice to know about kitchen amenities up front. Housekeeping, laundry and garbage all need to step up.

Only thankful for a place to sleep This room was for my son and it was NOT wa good stay. Cigarette smoke was permeating the air, things were broken in the room, the laundry room was filthy and even the outside grounds were unkept.

Too dark There is no light corridor on the upper floor. I had to walk in the dark to get to my room on upper floor of building 3. There is a poor quality of how they manage the room's smoke detector. It beeps at 7am every 15 seconds and I couln't continue my sleep. Overall experience is at negative. I'm not recommend any of my friend staying due to quality and security concerns.

Hotel sucio,tiene buena presencia peso no lo es! La habitación estaban demasiado sucias desde l alfombra y ni hablar de los inodoros con orines y llenos pelos y cenizas es los $130.00 más mal invertidos que he gastado,tuve que cambiar de habitación y no era la que yo esperaba y por lo que alcanzó a ver otras habitaciones tenía el mismo problema pero en fin espero tener mejor suerte la próxima vez que alquile una habitación..
