Previous trash was not picked up, no iron. They promised kitchen, but no tableware. They actually promised to deliver tableware later, but never happened. Kitchen towel was dirty. Customer service terrible. For all my complaints all I get just sorry, no help, no action

Not happy There was a very large clump of black hair in the bed on the blanket. The whole hotel felt dirty. Very old and strange people coming and going. Loud music and thin walls.

Nothing but triuble Non smoking room. Stunk of smoke. Could not sleep. Room and bathroom dirty and towels looked unwashed also. Very dissatisfied.

Seems as if staff was doing something weird at about 3am on 4/16 in the hallway. Some staff were really rude and people sitting in the lobby watching you go into ur rooms. I’ll probably never stay again i would give 0 stars if possible

The carpets in the hallways smell bad and the first room we got was not clean. Thankfully we got a new room assigned.

Very misleading stay Check in was less than perfect. The gal was multitasking so she kept losing track of my requests-luggage cart, wii fii info, hair dryer, ect. She had to run up to the 2nd floor because she wasn't sure if the room had been cleaned. None smoking was a "joke" as the whole place was the smell of a giant ash tray.
